The top eight teams in each division (Junior and Senior for both Boys and Girls) make it to the quarter final round of the playoffs. The top placed teams move onto the EOSSAA tournament with a chance at playing in OFSAA in the second week of June.
In the Junior Girls division, Holy Cross finished on top of the standings with a 6-0-0 record, with Sydenham High School, Regiopolis-Notre Dame, and KCVI rounding out the top four teams. Frontenac, Napanee District, Lasalle, and Marie Rivier made up the remaining teams. LCVI took the place of Marie Rivier as the final seed for the playoffs. The first three games took place on May 14th and resulted in an 8-0 win by Holy Cross over LCVI, Regiopolis-Notre Dame defeating Napanee District 4-0, and KCVI defeating Frontenac by a 3-2 scoreline. Sydenham defeated Lasalle by a 2-1 scoreline on May 15th. This sets up semi-final matchups between Sydenham and Regiopolis-Notre Dame and Holy Cross and KCVI, both to be played on May 22nd, with the final to follow on May 24th at the INVISTA Centre.

Behind them were Frontenac, Napanee District, Sydenham, Holy Cross, KCVI, Lasalle, and Bayridge. All of the games were played on May 14th with Regiopolis-Notre Dame coasting to a 6-0 win over Bayridge, Frontenac defeating Lasalle by a 4-0 scoreline, Napanee Distrct winning 5-1 over KCVI, and Holy Cross upsetting Sydenham by a 2-1 scoreline. These results set up semi-finals between Regiopolis-Notre Dame and Holy Cross and Frontenac hosting Napanee District on May 22nd, with the final to be played at St. Lawrence College on May 24th.

Frontenac, last year's champions, finished with a 4-1-1 record, tied with Holy Cross (who were ranked 3rd). Behind them were Ernestown, Sydenham, Bayridge, Regiopolis-Notre Dame, and Lasalle.
