In the other matchup, the men were beaten by a surprising 5-0 result. As a result of the matches, both Queen's teams were relegated to the consolation finals on the Sunday.

On Sunday, the Queen's women faced the University of Toronto Varsity Blues, a team that had lost in penalties to the McGill Martlets on Saturday. Jacqueline Tessier opened the scoring for Queen's in the 32nd minute and Cara Ott added a second in the 60th. Madison Tyrell earned the clean sheet as Queen's won the game 2-0.

The Queen's men faced off against the McGill Redmen, after they had lost on Saturday to the University of Toronto Varsity Blues in penalties. The Gaels went down early, giving up a goal in the 13th minute, and then a second in the 69th. Eric Koskins responded for the Gaels in the 88th, but it was not enough, as they lost 2-1.

The finals were won by McGill on the women's side with a 2-1 win over Western, and University of Toronto with a win in penalties over Western after a 1-1 draw. McGill won their game with a 90th minute penalty kick after the teams had traded goals in the 40th and 43rd minutes. Goals in the men's game were both scored at the start of the second half, and the Varsity Blues prevailed 5-4 in kicks from the mark.
