KWSC Playoff Finals

The Kingston Women's Soccer Club season came to an end last night with their three playoff finals being played out at the Woodbine Sporting Complex in the west end of Kingston.

In Tier 2, 2nd place Wentworth faced 1st place Cataraqui Clippers on Woodbine 4. Tier 3 featured 1st place PT United against 2nd place White Lightning on Woodbine 2, and Tier 4 featured 2nd place Turf Queens against 7th place Wilman's Painting on Woodbine 5.

The Tier 2 championship was won by Wentworth in a 2-1 victory. White Lightning upset PT United 4-1 to win the Tier 3 championship. In Tier 4, Turf Queens crushed Wilman's Painting by a 4-0 scoreline, but Wilman's has the honour of being the only team outside of the top two to qualify for the finals, as they knocked off 1st place CFB Kingston earlier this week in their semi-final matchup by a 3-2 scoreline.
